Parenting is not for the faint of heart! I am so grateful the Lord created us for community. The counsel and encouragement I’ve received from friends and mentors along the way has made all of the difference in my parenting. I’ve gathered a few brave friends, who shared maternity clothes with me back in the day, to chat about raising our kids. We’ve cried together, prayed together and gone on countless trips to the park and zoo together. Believe it or not, we remember those early years – with tears and laughter! Each of us now enjoy cheering younger moms on in their parenting. There is nothing harder, but nothing more rewarding, than raising children.
